She has a diverse set of experiences and skills in developing evidence-based educational programs, and interactive workshops that she’s used to teach and implement new skills and knowledge, helping organizations in their mission to improve the lives of vulnerable populations in the U.S. and abroad.

Celeste has built a passion for studying theories on the basis of intercultural education, communication, and multicultural team building and leadership. She has used her knowledge and skills working for organizations in Southern Vermont, Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Haiti, Uganda, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama.
